Richard Bach once said, “We teach best what we most need to learn.”

That’s why every November for the past 6 years, I’ve run the “NO-vember Challenge”. It’s basically 30 posts over 30 days of learning to say NO to things. I’m bad at it, and every year, I need to re-up my skills and be reminded about the damage it can do to your day-to-day well-being to overcommit to way too many things.

Today, I want to share a few highlights from the first three weeks in case any of them are useful to you and help you develop your process for carving out time to create the things you really want to make. You know, those things you’ve been putting off until all the conditions are perfect?

Anyway. Take a peek and let me know in the comments if any of these are helpful.
