Booth 3810, Javits Center
New York Comic Con
Hello again, friend! I won’t keep you long…
I’ve been going to New York Comic Con for 12 years. Long enough to know the Javits has its own weather system. Long enough to have been photobombed by the same Deadpool six times. (He’s aged. We both have.)
Then I took a little break. Nobody noticed.
But this Sunday, I’m back. I’ll be at the National Cartoonists Society booth, number 3810, with a pen and a stack of books, doing sketches of Your kids, in You’re Not a Real Parent Until… which comes out this Tuesday and/or Your dogs, in You’re Not a Real Dog-Owner Until…
Kids and dogs. The two things I’m reliably told I can’t control. (Accurate.)
Plenty of other cartoonists will be shuffling through the NCS booth over the weekend, so come by and support human artists. Real people. Real ink. Alarmingly real back pain.
In a building full of people dressed as someone else, come meet a bloke who still draws with his human hand.
‘til next time!
Your pal,

PS. Look, if this actually did something for your brain (or at least distracted you from the creeping dread of your own inbox for six minutes), please consider restacking this and sharing it with your people. It’s the only way the word spreads.

Morris wants to know what low life scum dressed him up to look so ridiculous!
He “is not amused ”!
