We’re coming to Florida to draw your dogs. This is happening.

Scott and I are doing a book signing and dog sketch event in Naples. This is not a reading. No one will be asked to sit quietly. Just good boys and good girls getting immortalised in pencil.

Next weekend, Scott and I are doing a book signing and custom dog sketch event, meaning two adult men will be seated at a table pretending to be professionals while emotionally over-investing in your dogs.

This sentence alone already feels like the beginning of a police report, but it’s true.

We’re doing a book signing and custom dog sketch event at Books On Third in Naples -an incredible independent bookstore, and if you’ve ever thought, “I’d like my dog immortalised by two New Yorker cartoonists who look like they shouldn’t be trusted with sharp objects”, this is your moment. (This is in conjunction with the epic pet parade happening on the street nearby.)

Here’s how it works:
You bring the dog.
Or a photo of the dog.
Or just intense emotional baggage about a dog you once loved and still think about at night.

We’ll be signing books, doing custom dog sketches, and generally trying to contain our ‘speaking-to-dogs voices’ while drawing your beloved pets with great care and questionable accuracy.
