Artists who defend AI are being short-sighted and don’t realize the ramifications. Jason spells it out. It’s a complicated issue because we are not ignoring the importance of AI to medicine, science and technology, but for the Arts it will take jobs, stunt creativity and even condition society to lower the bar as to what is good and bad work.
